This is a skill-specific training program that provides you with personalised coaching in a small group setting.

If you wish to advance your movement practice, hone in on specific goals and learn new skills while getting individualised attention and feedback, this program is for you.
Each program runs for 4 weeks, progressively building on one to two chosen skills. You will be guided through specific and effective mobility, strength and skills drills that will help to expand your movement capacity and develop advanced movements such as various arm balances, splits and backbends.

Active and passive flexibility drills for safe and effective increase in range of motion

Prehab and Mobility exercises for healthy joint articulation and integrity

Arm balance drills - entries, transitions, alignment and technique

Training drills for safer and deeper backbends, middle splits and front splits

Skill specific strength training to build strength, minimise injuries and avoid plateaus

Unique movement scenarios (games) to ignite play, creativity and adaptability

Body awareness, training education and knowledge to cultivate your own movement practice

FAQ

  • Yes absolutely! The program is designed for beginner to intermediate levels with the opportunity to advance or modify where needed. it’s a perfect starting point to your movement journey as you will be educated along the way and the sessions are capped so that they remain intimate with ample time for student/teacher engagement

  • Yes you will. We cover many topics and movement situations in this program you will definitely come away with new information and perspective on your practice. The program is designed to that it can be adapted. You will be able to advance the practice where necessary to challenge yourself and push your boundaries under the guidance of your teacher.

  • When the 4 week cycle has finished we will run another cycle. This program is designed to be repeated as much as possible, as you will benefit and continue developing your practice through consistency. You’re encouraged to join the next intake to continue advancing your practice. Each program varies and is never exactly the same.

  • If in the case of injury, please email me and you will be refunded the full amount for this program. Cancellations for any other reason will receive a credit to redeem on future programs or workshops. Your spot can also be transferred to another person, please email their name and details to us before the event start date.
